To ensure the commission process is as easy and efficient as possible, please read all terms before filling out the form and feel free to ask questions about anything.

If your preferred name and the name on your payment account differ, please put the payment name in parentheses after your preferred name in the required fields.

Commission types currently available: Full Menu

• Goober: This is a four color finished character in the Goober flavor as indicated on the menu. Fun for a sweet avatar or token! Just tell the artist an animal you associate with, a favorite article of clothing, and four colors you like together! $5 -full resolution digital download.

• Mini Character: This is a full color finished character in the Mini flavor as indicated on the menu. Provide the artist with physical descriptions of the character, any preferences for poses, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor! $20 -full resolution digital download. $25 -digital download + postcard sized print.

• Chibi Character: This is a full color finished character in the Chibi flavor as indicated on the menu. Provide the artist with a physical description of the character, any preferences for poses, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor! $35 -full resolution digital download. $40 -digital download + postcard sized print.

• Classic #1: This is a full color finished character from the shoulders up, as indicated on the menu as a #1. Provide the artist with a physical description of the character, any preferences for poses, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor! $30 -full resolution digital download. $35 -digital download + postcard sized print.

• Classic #2: This is a full color finished character half body, as indicated on the menu as a #2. Provide the artist with a physical description of the character, any preferences for poses, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor! $50 -full resolution digital download. $55 -digital download + 5x7 sized print.

• Classic #3: This is a full color finished character from the knees up, as indicated on the menu as a #3. Provide the artist with a physical description of the character, any preferences for poses, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor! $65 -full resolution digital download. $75 -digital download + 8x10 sized print.

• Classic #4: This is a full color finished character full body commission, as indicated on the menu as a #4. Provide the artist with a physical description of the character, any preferences for poses, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor! $80 -full resolution digital download. $90 -digital download + 8x10 sized print.

• Combo: This is a character sheet with turn around (profile, three-quarters, front, and back) with full color finished character front and back, and a few detail shots of the character as indicated on the menu as a combo. Provide the artist with a highly detailed physical description of the character and outfit, and any personality details you think will add to the flavor of the character detail shots around the turns! $150 -full resolution digital download. $175 -digital download + 11x17 sized print.

After submitting your commission inquiry, please be on the look out for a follow up email where necessary reference images will be requested and any clarifying questions can be discussed between parties. Please be as descriptive as possible in your initial request, specifying any preferences for depiction of the subject or composition of the finished piece, this will streamline the process and cut down on how many question I ask you later!

Once the composition has been agreed upon and an invoice sent to the client, sketching will begin after payment is confirmed. Live-Streaming of the drawing can be done at agreed upon time at client request so they can be a part of the process if they would like!

During the commission, even if you cannot/do not want to join the live process, you will be offered two opportunities to revise the piece before it is considered Finished!

• After the references and composition are discussed, one round of sketches will be sent to client to be reviewed and revised to how best match their vision.

• A full color mock up of the finished composition will be sent to the client where they will then be given the opportunity to make any final revision requests.

Any changes requested past this point will incur additional fees in accordance to complexity.

Firstly, a full sized file of your illustration will be sent to your email for your downloading pleasure! Feel free to use commissioned images as backgrounds, avatars, profile pictures and banners as long as the signature remains on the image and you link it back to my site in the description! If you paid extra for a print, shipping or drop-off will be discussed with you at this time to ensure it makes it to you swift and safe!

Refund policy

• Full refund: Will only be rendered if no sketching has begun for the commission.

• Half refund: Will only be rendered if sketches were completed but no first revision is done.

• No refund: Will be rendered if commission is cancelled after mock ups have begun. No exceptions.

If you want to add extras to your commission like backgrounds, pets, or complicated props just know this will incur extra fees and must be discussed before payment is rendered.
